Draft Terms of Use

Important notice: This is a preliminary working draft only, intended as a basis for discussion - not a final legal document. This document should not be used as-is on a live site before review and approval by a lawyer specializing in internet and privacy law in Israel.

1. Purpose and independence

The platform offers anonymous workplace reviews and an index based on defined criteria to promote transparency about women's well-being at work. It receives no compensation from rated companies and offers no recruitment services, sponsored advertising or paid data access for companies.

2. Review submission terms

By submitting a review, the user represents and warrants that:

  • The review honestly reflects her personal experience, without false information, deception or deliberate exaggeration.
  • The review does not disclose information protected by a confidentiality or non-compete agreement, or a duty of trust to a current or former employer, such as trade secrets, internal financial data or client information.
  • The review contains no obscenity, threats of violence, pornography, support for illegal activity or discriminatory language based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation or similar grounds.
  • The review does not infringe others' rights, including intellectual property, privacy or trademarks.
  • The review is written in the user's own words, without extensive quotations from emails, internal documents or other sources.

2.1 Naming individuals

Do not post negative content naming an individual, except a CEO, owner or founder in a clearly public-facing organizational role. Reviews may factually describe management conduct, policy and culture, including discrimination and harassment, without personally disparaging non-senior employees.

3. Anonymity and its limits

The platform uses technical measures to protect anonymity, as described in the Privacy Policy. A court may order identity disclosure in legal proceedings. The platform will comply with a valid order and notify the user where legally permitted.

4. Responsibility for content

  • The platform does not verify the accuracy of reviews.
  • Reviews express the writers' opinions, not those of the platform operator.
  • The platform enforces its content rules and remains neutral. It does not resolve factual disputes between users and employers.

5. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify the platform operator for any damage, claim or expense, including legal fees, arising from her breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by Israeli law.

6. Content removal and enforcement

The platform operator may, at its sole discretion and in accordance with the law, remove content that violates these terms, suspend users or block access, including following a report from an affected party.

7. Review frequency

To maintain balanced representation, each user may post one review per company per year.

8. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains why data is collected, users' access and correction rights, and the identity of the database controller.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
